Do I need to register a proprietorship?

There is no separate registration for a sole proprietorship in India. It is recognised through the registrations it holds, usually GST and Udyam, which is also what banks ask for to open a current account.

I want to sell on Amazon or Flipkart. Is this enough?

Yes to start: marketplaces require GST, which this kit sets up. When you begin selling, add GST return filing so your returns match the marketplace's TCS (GSTR-8).

Is anything charged later?

No. You pay once. Government fees, where they apply, are shown before filing and charged at cost.

What if I don't use everything?

The kit price is fixed. If you cancel before an item has started, that item's share is refunded as set out in the refund policy.
