About Claw
Claw is a technology platform. It is not a firm of chartered accountants and does not practise as one. Claw finds and verifies independent practising professionals for each job, who sign and file in their own name. Claw does not perform, price or sign audits or other work reserved by law for chartered accountants. For those it offers a paid search that shortlists practising CAs on the customer's needs alone; the customer engages and pays the CA directly.
Partner professionals are shown to customers only by name with the designation “CA” and a note that their membership was checked. Their contact details, firm names and achievements are not published.

Section numbers on the notice decoder follow the Income-tax Act, 1961, which governs years up to FY 2025-26. The Income-tax Act, 2025 applies from 1 April 2026 and uses different section numbers.
