Isn't the instant e-PAN free?

Yes, a resident individual with an Aadhaar-linked mobile can get a free instant e-PAN on the income tax portal. This service is for when you'd rather have it done for you, or the instant route doesn't go through.

Is the government fee included?

No. The PAN issuing fee (about ₹107) is paid to NSDL or UTIITSL and shown before filing. Our ₹399 covers doing and tracking the application.
