Why the ODR portal and not Samadhaan?

Since 15 October 2025 new delayed-payment cases are filed on the MSME ODR portal. Cases already filed on Samadhaan carry on there.

Will you represent me before the council?

No. We prepare and file the claim. If it goes to conciliation or arbitration before the council, you may want an advocate; we can find one for you.
