How to Search Court Cases in Aurangabad (District Court and Bombay High Court Bench)

02The Bombay High Court, Aurangabad bench

What makes Aurangabad different from most district headquarters in India is that it is also a seat of the Bombay High Court itself, not just a district court town.

The Bombay High Court has permanent benches away from its principal seat in Mumbai, and Aurangabad (Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar) has hosted one since 1982. 1. Go to the eCourts High Court services portal and select Bombay High Court, then choose the Aurangabad bench, or use the case status page directly on bombayhighcourt.gov.in.
2. Search by case type and case number with the filing year, or by party name if you do not have the case number.
